first on the chopping block is the cargo ship map. if you take out the rain it won't be so laggy. a simple for a simple problem.

next, and most importantly. Why does every mmo insist on using the same faulty chat filter. I got a temp block on my chat for saying the word pass 3 times. This filter needs to be removed and replaced with something a little more effective that won't block unnecessary words.

other than that I love the game

i don't lag on rain, it's your pc thats making your lag. 1: get a better graphics card
2: put your graphics on low
3: reduce the computer animations on your pc

2. I can;t afford a new graphics card and wouldn't know how to install it anyway
3. it is not just me, a lot of people I talk to lag on that map and it is the only map I lag on.

Me & my friends don't lag on this map, i don't know why you are lagging on it, i would suggest going to a tech forum & request help there to get the best support so you can play lag-free.
Its not your connection, its your graphics card (costs irl money to buy a new one)
or your pc is just slow period.

my pc is not really slow, it's an average laptop purchased three years ago and is a standard that should be approached by any game. I can play most games without lag, and as I said it is only on cargo ship that I lag. remove the rain and anybody with a half decent comp can play any map at any time.

Specs? I would like to know because i always play on laptops instead of a desktop. It doesn't matter how old, how new, it matters what hardware you got.

and like i said, all of my friends don't lag & they have a somewhat decent computer, so before you say anything about "everyone lags" its not everyone, its mainly your computer. or you have something interfering with your game (a virus, programs running, etc)

In my opinion, an M rated game as such should only block the most vulgar of words. Basic swearing should be allowed.

there is a saying most GS's use that I never got quite right, something about content not equaling behavior or something along those lines lol. I agree that minor swearing should be allowed but I am not the one in charge. but the problem is there are so many words and phrases that have these minor swear words in them that you could easily get the temp chat block like I did and be unable to talk for several minutes because you said something that had a swear word in the middle of it.
