Explanation
For serious players that do Clan wars. EVERY ONE in clan wars are OP. Unless you only play in channel 2 or newbies obviously you can stereotype about how Elwrci's are OP. But if an character can survive more than TWO BULLETS to the head from a Elwrci, it's not considered OP then now is it? Cogitate and think about the serious players before you go and cry about how the tiered is to OP. The tiered is fair, none of these things are OP. It's a 9 step tiered, NOT too long or anything.
