What I'm saying is that characters that come with pre-set armor shouldn't be in tiers. Ever.

Why would I even want to use AP? It makes the game so noobish. Takes no skill to play with it what so ever. If I felt like ruining a ruined game, I could easily just get armor and start abusing it against low ranks. What's so hard about that? You probably do the same thing too, that's probably why you even use AP in the first place. Cannot beat low ranks? Better buy some AP and get some characters, armor, and weapons and start acting like I'm such a pro and so good at the game against them. Totally seems legit and fair. Then again, "fair fight" doesn't fall within what most APers would do. Why would I even pay for items that are duration, let alone high amounts for permanent when I could easily just play other Free 2 Play games. There's a reason why I went to other Free 2 Play games, so I don't have to spend $90 a month to be pro, depending on the overpowered items to do the work for me while I can have no skill what so ever. Even on AVA, I simply spent over $100 within the first month cause the weapons from the shop are balanced and have a permanent duration, 2 things that WT lacks.

Why? This is fair tiered with everything connected to each other.
It does [b]NOT include PERMANENT Characters, so you don't have to complain about picking on new players or players that does not have any AP.
It is quite fair and since it is Christmas, the items on there should be fair. Nothing too over powered or strong.
Yes, the SECOND LAST Tiered Spender seems kind of a unfair deal but it is worth it considering what you might get from those boxes.
The last Tiered Spender is a bit cheap than usual. It's Christmas so, can't we just take off 500 AP or less? I noticed how Tiered Spenders usually have 7500AP as their final tiered when there are PERMANENT items on. Like the PERM Soccer Edition or The Gun Perm Tiered.
There, this is the perfect Tiered Spender, nothing too over powered or crazy. Has a good benefit at the last Tiered Spender. I mean c'mon , seriously, not even a permanent GUN?

Nice! Seems fair and good but I think you should have less parts to it? Maybe 7 or 8 parts. Not too many but still, this idea is very good

It's good. But it had a bit too many tiers imo.

And any of those guns aren't what I call not overpowered. Famas maybe, compared to everything else, but the others, naw.

....Also the armor.
