Zigy not sure if you have posted this already too much to read but alot of people are saying they are getting a reinstall freeze for ava.

This is the fix if you havent got it already and thought you could add it to list.........

Here is what you need to do to make the install work.

Go to control panel, then click on Akamai NetSession Interface

Click on preferences under uploads Click disable and then re try down load.

Should work with no problems now.
