Don't know how to send in a Ban Appeal?

So you've been banned? If so please view the steps below to learn how to send in a ban appeal via an account!

1.) Submitting a Ban Appeal

A.) Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click the "Contact Us" button.



B.) Once you have Done Step "A" you should have come to a page, it should look like the image below (Without the red boxes). Click "Ban Appeal".



C.) Fill out the following form best to your ability, you can be logged in to send a ban appeal or send it from your email that is attached to the banned account. Once You have filled out the form with the appropriate information, please click the "Send E-Mail" button.
**Note** You also have the option of getting a copy of the Ban Appeal via email, all you have to do is check the box for "Send me a copy".



D.) Once you have submitted your Ban Appeal, you shall be brought to the "My tickets"
page telling you that your Message has been sent, and should give you a ticket number.


 



 
2.) How to View your tickets!

A.) Please scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click "Contact Us".

B.) Once you have done step "A" you will have been brought to a page that looks like the image below (without the red boxes). Click "My Tickets".
**Note** If you sent your ban appeal in via E-mail, you will need to check for replies in your E-mail.



C.) This is where all of your tickets will be displayed.
To view your ticket, just simply click your ticket!


2A.) How to reply to your tickets!

A.) Open up your ticket by clicking on it.

B.) At the bottom of your ticket you should see a box that says "Follow up Response".
Enter your Follow up Response there and click submit.



**NOTE** Sending in Multiple Tickets and/or Follow up responses will NOT get your ticket answered any faster, and it may even be marked as spam. Only send in a reply if you have any additional information or any questions. If you have any questions regarding a different subject, please send in another Ticket.
 


Once you have submitted your ban appeal, you will get a response within 24-48 hours. Please be patient!

3.) Additional Information
Bans are not to be talked about in the ShoutBox/Forums/In-game or any other chats. Bans are a private matter and will only be discussed within a Ban Appeal.

Did a friend of yours get banned? We're glad that you're concerned about them but we cannot give you any information about their account (sorry, it's confidential). Have your friend fill out their own Ban Appeal.
 


 
4.) Common Reason(s) for being banned

  • Inappropriate Language
  • Spamming
  • Account Sharing
  • Multi-accounting
  • Attempting to buy/sell an account
  • Impersonating a Game Master/Game Sage/Product Manager or Any Aeria Staff Member/Representative.
