On the second page of the form it states the following:

By submitting this form you verify that:

1) The information you provided is correct
2) This is the only form you're submitting for this request
3) You understand there are NO CHARACTER RESTORES
4) You understand there are NO ITEM RESTORES

Rest assured that we will double and triple check the level of the character that you are wanting to delete. We can tell the difference between an r12 and an m1 lol.  

This service will normally be dealt with during our normal scheduled maintenance periods

How to:

• Wait for us to delete your character
  
• Don't complain when/if you forgot to move your items

So I have send the form like 2-3 weeks ago, and I'm still waiting ...
Isn't it said that the service will be dealt during the normal maintenance? I just woudner if I'm the only one with this metter. I guess I'll send just a new form and wait again one more month ... -.-  

We understand that some of you want to delete your m1 and above characters but are unable to since Twelve Sky 2 does not allow it.

This is a very straight forward service and the details are listed below.

Details:

• This service is FREE
  
• This service is to delete characters that are M1 and ABOVE
  
• All items located on that character WILL BE DELETED so make sure you move all items that you want to keep to your GM bank or another character
  
• We WILL NOT restore any characters or items due to this service
  
• This service will normally be dealt with during our normal scheduled maintenance periods
