To make it a bit easier on the GM's, please include:

Account name:
Server:
Guild master name:
Guild name:

This will make checking sooo much easier.

I just hope this kind of tickets goes through faster than my last ticket, which is on hold aeria since 2012-08-24 17:14:32 now.

Ticket category: game support / other, game support / missed promotion, billing (since item mall item involved) ?

I guessed game support/other and chose ticket name "Guild rename card needed".
Should be easy enough now as i also supplied the former guild name and former server name.
