The game won't start :/

I launched the game from both Aeria ignite and the launcher. Every time the game comes on a little box comes up and only says twelve sky 2 and its blank in the box. Thats it. I gotta press the x to get out the game.. What is going on ?

It didn't work. Heres the problem. I tried repatching and everything.

Tried reinstalling the game, updating drivers, etc?
