So is Goddess PvP ever coming back?
It's a great idea. Since level 80 is out, it should have a new PvP zone for the rest of us lvl 60s and lower. Canta and 1-15 are so competitive these days with all enchants at like [17] or higher. Goddess PvP would be a great idea for a PvP zone. Just maybe give it a different map or something. Maybe like D-water instead of the 1-15 map for Goddess PvP or something.
I support the idea a lot!
So how is this going to work?
Do we take a vote and the GM decides afterwards?

OK, so I agree that Goddess zone had a large enough following to warrant bringing it back in some form, but I have to disagree on one thing here. You mention how competetive Canta and 1-15 are with high enchants: Goddess is no different. Goddess was nub friendly for about the first few weeks until lvl 7s and high enchants became the norm. Goddess PvP was and will be no different than other maps: You will need high enchants, ele2s, 7s, etc to compete in anything but a naked event.

Regarding your question of how this is going to work:
This is not the first (nor, I'm sure, the last) petition for Goddess zone. The community is simply reminding the GM/PM team that they have not forgotten or given up on bringing their zone back. What it comes down to is Aeria making the decision to push the developers (Nexon) to find a way to give us a level-restricted PvP map for 51-60.

Yes you would probably need to link 7s and ele 2s to be effective.. but by no means would you need to have [17]ed enchanted gear. Ofc people with money and OPs to burn will get maxed gear no matter what zone they go to, but everyone can be on a level playing field if the max link.. There is no higher level gear that isn't already available like having legends in canta and heroics in 1-15. A mere 450 or so extra absorb from having all [17] gear doesn't really do much when you get hit for 4k+ normal crits. So yes there is cost with any pvp zone, but no in that there is no "limited higher level/mode gear" that isn't already easily attainable, and no you don't need full [17] gear to compete.

In fact, only a few handful people in goddess even had full [17]ed gear, and mostly they were on the fury side from DV. I did just fine with gear at [5] and some gear at [0]
