as of recent a lot of people has had a screen tearing (screen lag) issue but as of the latest patch it appears to have gotten a lot worse. While playing today whenever I move the camera I can see tearing in 6 places and really obstructs vision. V-sync is suppose to prevent this but its not really doing its job. I was wondering if i could get some feedback on who is also experiencing this problem. Could you please let me know by responding to this post on how many tear points y'all see, what is your graphics card, and how many frames you get while in game (not the lobby). your screens refresh rate will be helpful to but not required.

For those that dont know what screen tearing is its when the video card, monitor, and application come out of sync and you see lines in your games. for example your graphics card may be pushing more frames then your monitors refresh rate can handle resulting in undesirable effects.
