[Event] A Starlight Story Dinner Party!

Dinner Time^^

I will be waiting for my favourite Set Dinner...^^

Here is mine^^

1st Course:
This course I choose is Brocoli Salad. Why I like them n Why rabbits should eat them because Broccoli is a plant in the cabbage family, whose large flower head is used as a vegetable. The word broccoli, from the Italian plural of broccolo, refers to "the flowering top of a cabbage".Broccoli is usually boiled or steamed, but may be eaten raw and has become popular as a raw vegetable in hors d'œuvre trays. The leaves may also be eaten.Broccoli is high in vitamin C, as well as dietary fiber; it also contains multiple nutrients with potent anti-cancer properties, such as diindolylmethane and small amounts of selenium. A single serving provides more than 30 mg of Vitamin C and a half-cup provides 52 mg of Vitamin C. The 3,3'-Diindolylmethane found in broccoli is a potent modulator of the innate immune response system with anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-cancer activity. Broccoli also contains the compound glucoraphanin, which can be processed into an anti-cancer compound sulforaphane, though the benefits of broccoli are greatly reduced if the vegetable is boiled. Broccoli is also an excellent source of indole-3-carbinol, a chemical which boosts DNA repair in cells and appears to block the growth of cancer cells.

2nd Course:
For this course I will choose Grilled Asparagus. Why?Asparagus officinalis is a spring vegetable, a flowering perennial plant species in the genus Asparagus. It was once classified in the lily family, like its Allium cousins, onions and garlic, but the Liliaceae have been split and the onion-like plants are now in the family Amaryllidaceae and asparagus in the Asparagaceae. Asparagus officinalis is native to most of Europe, northern Africa and western Asia, and is widely cultivated as a vegetable crop.Asparagus is low in calories and is very low in sodium. It is a good source of vitamin B6, calcium, magnesium and zinc, and a very good source of dietary fiber, protein, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K, thiamin, riboflavin, rutin, niacin, folic acid, iron, phosphorus, potassium, copper, manganese and selenium,as well as chromium, a trace mineral that enhances the ability of insulin to transport glucose from the bloodstream into cells. The amino acid asparagine gets its name from asparagus, as the asparagus plant is rich in this compound.

3rd Course:
For the dessert part I will choose is Strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, white and red currant, green leaves of strawberries and raspberry. The raspberry is the edible fruit of a multitude of plant species in the genus Rubus of the Rose family, most of which are in the subgenus Idaeobatus; the name also applies to these plants themselves. Raspberries are perennial with woody stems.Raspberries are grown for the fresh fruit market and for commercial processing into individually quick frozen (IQF) fruit, purée, juice, or as dried fruit used in a variety of grocery products. The aggregate fruit structure contributes to raspberry's nutritional value, as it increases the proportion of dietary fiber which is among the highest known in whole foods, up to 20% fiber per total weight. Raspberries are a rich source of vitamin C, with 30 mg per serving of 1 cup (about 50% daily value), manganese (about 60% daily value) and dietary fiber (30% daily value). B vitamins 1–3, folic acid, magnesium, copper and iron are present in raspberries.Raspberry leaves can be used fresh or dried in herbal and medicinal teas. They have an astringent flavor, and in herbal medicine are reputed to be effective in regulating menses.

Red Cherries pitted and cut into halves mixed with some unripe tomatoes and ripe ones. The salad is dressed lightly with a raspberry vinaigrette. The flavors consist of sweet and sour. It'll be sure to satisfied the little hungry inside the rabbits tummy. The tomatoes are said to prevent cancers! So its healthy for everyone. So, its a treat but healthy.

[b]Course Three:
Apple Rabbits
Lastly! Dessert!! x3 Apples are good. Who doesn't like them? They have a lot of calcium for the rabbit and it has fiber to help different causes in your body!
They are cut to resemble a rabbit.

Looking through my random pictures I took of foods I made or ate and this is what I came up with.

So for:
Breakfast 2 legged carrot to get their little legs running.
Carrots are good for the eyes so they can see their enemies before they come so they can get out of there fast!

Lunch Persimmons fresh off the tree and a pretty veggie rose on top of shredded cabbage and parsley.
Persimmons are tasty when ripe and have lots of vitamins, the one I like the most is VitC!
The rose is just to eat with persimmons since you're not supposed to eat them on it's own on an empty stomach.

Dinner Two plates of fruits Plate one and Plate two to share with a friend
Who doesn't like fuji apples, anju pears, strawberries, and black berries? All healthy fruits and a very yummy! Add a bit of honey and it would rock! But I don't think bunnies like honey...

Have you tried Aeria Mobile Games yet?
