You see those "Top" pictures you have? Those are all whatever x 200.
Signatures will not exceed a width of 700 pixels or a height of 200 pixels (700x200 = max), and a file size of 120kb. See that MAX part? Yea, your bottom part that scrolls is making it over the limit.

Fun fact: TheNinjaKitten was a GS too! Look at all of these spam posts of hers, and then you yell at me. Stay mad.

I don't think there was any HTML involved when harassing me in PM and insulting my religion.
Your signatures maximum height should be 200, again no need to understand HTML to add up to 200.

and html codes reduce the image size and quality
it is currently at 150 in height. u dont need to drag the picture to a different page to see the actual height since i put it through a filter to change it to 150. Can you please stop harrassing me about this? I going to report you.

This topic has got majorly out of hand and way off topic. I suggest you all stop it.

html should not be enabled in signatures, as it promotes even more security risks. I will bring this up with a GM soon so it can be corrected.

Signature FULL size limits (ie, the entire contents of your sig) must be 200 pixels or below in height and 700 pixels or below in width.

Threatening to report is childish and immature. If you feel the need to report someone, then do so. Don't parade it around like a threat (which, by the way, is a form of harassment and reportable in itself).

Whatever it is you are doing, isn't making your signature within the rules, so feel free to report me, I will enforce rules whenever necessary.
This is mainly how the CSS was disabled in profiles, so following signature rules would be great.
