Il seguente bando di reclutamento e' stato creato da uno dei miei High Ranks (NefasKraden) ed e' da considerarsi come bando valido
- Il TekkenForce NON e' una Gilda, Il TekkenForce e' un CLAN. Perchè Clan?

CLAN: Termine di origine gaelica (clann) che significa letteralmente figli oppure famiglia, e identifica genericamente un'aggregazione di persone unite da gradi di parentela o di affinità, oppure di comunanza di interessi. Talvolta viene usato il sostantivo "lignaggio", che indica un insieme di persone che discendono da un unico antenato. Nel linguaggio antropologico è un gruppo di persone unite da parentela, definita dalla discendenza riconosciuta da un antenato comune (capostipite o leader).

GILDA: Termine che sta a significare una comunità di giocatori, che si conoscono o meno, che si riunisce per partecipare alla modalità “multigiocatore” di uno o più videogiochi senza alcun tipo di legame se non quello del videoludico.

- Il TekkenForce e' un CLAN prima di tutto, cio' significa che non e' solo un'inutile "accozzaglia" di persone messe insieme solo per vedere sopra la capoccia del proprio pg virtuale il medesimo nome di clan/gilda. Ci definiamo piu' come una "grande famiglia", che spesso e volentieri organizza anche raduni dal vivo e quindi siamo "amici anche fuori dallo schermo del PC".

Il Clan esiste da 7+ anni, abbracciando diversi altri giochi online, e' quindi sinonimo di assoluta garanzia. Non e' una di quelle insulse gilde che dopo appena una settimana di vita, muoiono e scompaiono nel nulla dal quale sono venute fuori.
- Il Clan e' governato da un leader competente e capace (a molti puo' far paura per la sua aura di grande autorita'), che sa organizzare la vita della sua creatura alla perfezione. Quello che dice deve essere "sempre" rispettato, perche' permette che il tutto fili liscio e non ci sia invece un regime di caotica anarchia.
- Vantiamo un'ottima organizzazione interna che ci consente di essere per lo piu' autosufficienti in gioco senza correre il rischio di dover fare gruppo (o comunque avere a che fare per qualsiasi ragione) con gente incompetente o non all'altezza della situazione.
- Il clan solitamente non usa un sistema di lingue misto. Poichè la comunicazione è fondamentale in un clan organizzato, avere più di una lingua all'interno comporterebbe irrimediabilmente a problemi di comunicazioni e alla non tempestività nelle stesse. Per il momento il recruit internazionale è limitato, e solo pochi scelti saranno accettati. Se conoscete comunque persone valide da presentare al recruit, fatelo. Le valuteremo.
- Da noi non entrano "cani e porci" solo per fare numero. Vogliamo gente
seriamente motivata,
attiva e in grado di
rispettare tutte le regole di clan senza eccezione. Gli attuali membri lo fanno tutti senza distinzioni, non esistono quindi favoritismi di sorta. Non c'e' ne importa un piffero se prima eri l'imperatore dei giochi in rete o l'ultima ruota del carro della societa', se entri nel clan sei perfettamente UGUALE agli altri membri regolari in tutto e per tutto.
- Non ci importa nulla del tuo livello attuale, sia che si parli strettamente del tuo personaggio o delle tue capacita' in gioco, crescerai insieme a noi e diventerai abile quanto basta per renderti competitivo con la stragrande maggioranza degli avversari.
Ne consegue che i giocatori che ricercano una gilda italiana solo "tanto per passare il tempo" o con un "atteggiamento non consono" possono tranquillamente astenersi dal presentare domanda di reclutamento nel TekkenForce.
Ricordate che abbiamo un regolamento. Va letto interamente, compreso e rispettato. Se non avete modo, non avete voglia, o non volete proprio leggervelo e sprecare 5 minuti della vostra importantissima vita, evitate di mandare richieste a vuoto facendo perdere tempo ai miei High Ranks o a me direttamente. E sarebbe anche gradito, qualora cambiate idea o non siete interessati, di dirlo direttamente, invece di sparire senza dire un cazzo o addirittura offendere, perche' comportamenti simili sono da immaturi e dimostrano solo che la maturita' non e' direttamente proporzionale all'eta' anagrafica.

The following Recruit Instructions has been made by one of my High Ranks (NefasKraden) and have to be considered as legit for the recruitment
- TekkenForce is NOT a Guild. We are a CLAN. Why a Clan?

CLAN: Term that find his origin into gaelic (clann). It mean litterally sons or family. It identify generally a group of people that are kept togheter by blood relationship, affinity or interests. Sometimes it's used the term "lignaggio" to represent a group of people that descend from a single forefather. On the antrophologic language it's a group of people keept togheter by blood relationship, definited by the descendant recognized into a shared forefather (Founder or Leader).

GUILD: Term that indicated a group of players, that may know or not eachother, that group togheter because have a common interest into play multiplayer games. They have not any relationship over the videoludic game.

- TekkenForce is a CLAN first of all. This mean that this is not as all the common guilds around with the people that stick togheter just because they like to see the clan name over their head. WE define ourself as a real family that very often do organize real meeting with their members.

The clan does exist by over 7 years and hug more games (We are a Multi Gaming Clan System). This prove the seriously of the clan as a warranty. We are not one of the common guilds that pop up and then fall down on the dust.
- The clan do have a Leader, a real one. He's able and elegible of trust (to some his aura of autority may give fear) that know how to organize and lead the clan. What he say have to be fully respected, because by this way it allow the clan to go forward without problems.
- We have a good organization that allow ourself to be indipendent. This mean that we do not need to get with unknow and unskilled people togheter to do all the stuffs we need to do.
- We do not use usually a mixed language system. The comunication is the core of an organized clan. Have in more than a language will require many efforts to adeguate the clan stuff and resources to be used by all the languages. This mean a lot of work based on how many languages there are in. Based on this fact, the international recruit is temporally limited on few selected people. So, if you are interested and find our clan fit your mind, please feel free to apply and try to join in.
- In this CLAN cannot join everyone. Because we are not a charity organization that like the numbers only. We want
serious,
skilled, and
respectfull people. All the people that are already members do this, follow that way. There are not exceptions. We do not care if you was the "Emperor of the games" or the last "dust grain" of the society. If you join in, you are at the same of all the other members.
- We do not care if you are actually a newbie, no matter if you mean your char or your personal experience level. By following the Leader, the directives and the rules we will mutate you into a good player.
As a conclusion, any person that think to find a clan just to get in and don't do nothing, are not welcome. Such kind of people is invited to don't let us waste our time. Mine and the one of my High Ranks. To everyone: keep in mind that
WE HAVE a rule system. It
HAVE TO be fully read, understood and respected. If you don't mind to find the will to follow us, read the rules and all the stuff, please, do not step forward. We are also pleased to all the people (it happend) that do not like us, to don't shot out free offences. WE DO work correctly and well as we are. If you can't efford our system, we are sorry.
