It's unknown how or why, but you hit an timeout.
Maybe due to latency.

1mbps? That's slow, unless you mean 1 MB/s ~ 8,3 mbps

I have 3,6mbps (around 260 KB/s) which is enough.
Minimal speed working with World is 7,5 KB/s ~57344 bps (around dial-up or EDGE/GPRS speed)
