Even at stores, they legally are required to post that the PS3 (or other hot-ticket item) will only sell 4 at each store. There was no such disclaimer for the items in GF's sale. All the ones that were a great deal and listed in the ad that GF put up on facebook, were sold to only one person. Only ten people or so truly lucky people got a great deal.
Additionally, I stayed awake all night and set my alarm every 2 hours to go off so I could check the page. NEVER were the icy blue butterfly wings posted for 499 AP, nor were the x250 stone of special insight for 99 AP. This is extremely deceptive because chest boxes were then sold for 99AP each, but when opened up they contained only one stone.
HUGE disappointment and waste of time.
Not to mention the glitch that started the sale 12 hours ahead of time without warning. Items were sold at 9PM PST, 11PM PST, and 1AM. Until they realized their mistake and halted the sale before the 3am one went up. It wasn't trying to get people ramped up, they clearly made a mistake and are trying to cover it up.

All I can say is welcome to Grand Fantasia, this kind of things is the reason why people stop playing GF - Don't worry, if you try to stay longer in the game you'll see more like this

HA yea. When I got my first time AP buyer/spender package, it was incomplete and took a couple days to get the mount. Archiving one of the items, an I <3 GF male costume, made me lose it for a month or more. Playing, for the first time ever, a GS event, it took over 2 weeks of RT's and pm's and asking GS's questions to get my items.
I didn't have a problem redeeming tiered spender rewards though (unless you consider 90 of the same item not stacking up in the item mall, having to re-log in and out just to empty it out).
