A good Game Sage is someone who is willing to provide 100% attention and customer/community service whether its in-game or in forums. Becoming a good role model and accepting everyones opinion, question, suggestion, etc., without any discrimination, racism, negative thoughts and other things that may affect the person are some of the positions' job. Game Sages must not only rely on themselves but must also work as a team, for it will provide or expand Eden Eternal's Customer Service. Finally, a Game Sage must not show or expect any superiority in the game because a Game Sage is only a volunteer who is respectfully accepting/willing to help everyone, and must know that importance of confidentiality of informations.

As much fun as it would be to regurgitate everything people have said ^^. Here is my own spin on what a Game Sage does. A Game Sage is your average person in society volunteering their own personal time to make a better community for the rest of us as well as a better gaming experience. They take care of our problems, they allow us to depend on them, and they never fail us or rarely fail us. To sum it all up; a "Good" Game Sage is someone we can depend on really, they help keep the game running. They might not know it, but they do ^^. That's my thoughts on it ^^. We're all human we just need a push sometimes.. and the Sages can help on that

A good game sage is just like being a super cool normal player except with more responsibilities. They're role models, they help the community out whether it be on the forums or on the game by answering any questions they're asked. They help players by inspiring them, informing, and welcoming any new and all players. It is important that a gs does not exploit or abuse his position. Game sages improve game play for others while enforcing game rules. They respond quickly to any disputes and/or exploits player(s) might be doing.

I think a Game Sage is a position that helps people with problems that they can not figure out and also makes sure to keep the chats clear of inappropriate language and discussions.

A good game sage: Well I believe that a good game sage is basically the example of our current game sages. Meru so very kind and helpful, Lixy so funny (seen her joke a lot in shoutbox during maintenance) and also kind, Roachy funny as well and though I don't know them on a personal level I can tell how hard they work and how amazing they are at being Good Game Sages. Game sages are our example as how we should be in-game, they're kind, strong, brave, funny, helpful and always there when you need them. They're there for us when we have a problem or just need questions answered. Good game sages don't give up helping you, they do all they can for you to ensure happiness of the people and to make sure the game is enjoyable for everyone, and always wear a smile. I myself love Eden Eternal a whole lot and wish to help it grow more. Hope this sums up what a game sage is. I could go on, but believe that'd be too long to read. Thank you all. ^-^

In my opinion, a good Game Sage is patient, a good listener, and fairly active. They are always willing to assist people with questions, help regulating world chat or any public chat so that it remains appropriate for most ages, and also helping by sending it tickets whether it is about another player or a bot. Also, being a public figure for most players they should remain active in new events hosted by the GMs. Also, GSes are very generous with their time. They will take their time to help out players with their problems no matter how long it may take them to do so.

A Game Sage is a player who takes their time to smooth along relations between the players, the Game Masters, and the game in which they reside. Their main responsibilities is to assist in making the environment easier to enjoy, through answering simple questions, to hosting events. A good Game Sage is made, when the players feel comfortable conversing with this player, and trust him or her to make a difference in their online lives, no matter how small.

What I believe that a good gamesage does is both help other players as best as they can with their game-related issues (e.g. bug reports, questions about the game, and suggestions/feedback), and help the game masters with the community in general by helping keep chats in line and the Terms of Service enforced where necessary among other tasks.
However, helping other players has limits; the proverb "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime" holds relevance. The role of a gamesage is more than simply giving things to other players; it is helping them enjoy Eden Eternal more.

They help with character builds, dungeon runs, technical issues with the in-game client.
