I would sum up mine as:
- capture base and capture first before fighting
- defend base and let them fill up!
The blue thing that comes up, let it fill again and again so defend base at all cost. Its one of the major challenges to face in SD since its the ones that does damage to the enemieeee...weeeee!

My personal SD role:

Cap the base nobody goes to, repel any bichs that try to take it, enemy supplies reach 50%, assist the SB rusher with taking the SB by acting as a decoy because most people who act as SB defence dont have the common sense to tell whos going to take out the gunpowder kegs, the guy with a W.Blade or the other guy with a N.Sword or I.Spear with x3 Damage on.
