2. install Alliance of Valiant Arms from Aeria Ignite
if you cannot find it it Aeria Ignite then download and install from

(I guess you already had A.V.A installed and are wondering why the patch doesn't work. I'm not really sure why but I believe the patch only works for ijji AVA or ijji AVA via Steam. I think I had same problem too once)
3. you cannot create your own clan yet.. sorry about that. you'll need to wait so that Aeria Games add the Clan Management to here

4. AL1N1 deleted? what? I guess that's the account you transferred over to Aeria Games? so you did manage to install and play AVA with Aeria Games? and then maybe when you login to play with your account there's a screen to create a new character and you're confused because it's supposed to load your character AL1N1? Maybe try turning off Steam before you go in game.
