Does anyone know how to do the ground slash freeze? That is, you slash and your character freezes. You can turn and look up/down and continue to slash later on if you so choose at which point you can freeze again. Old glitch that I thought they patched but saw someone doing it. Any ideas folks?

I'm not talking about animation freeze for dbf/tbf. Its a ground slash that you can essentially pause after each swing.

Not sure if you still need it but it's slash>slash>hold flip>spam slash
You do this while wall running and the only hard part is timing slash and wall run at the exact same time. Hope this helps :p

Wall run? hes just talking about regular ground slashes, no1 played back then? hes talking about when you do regular ground slashes, with no block, and u can freeze them and stay locked in the ground slash animation and unfreeze any time and continue slashing and freeze back, etc.

Back on topic:

You can't see your animation freeze/lock. Your opponent can. If you repeat an animation so fast it cannot be registered by your opponent's screen then you're doing it right. Be it flip, be it vblock. Record yourself and spam something for 10 seconds and watch it. If there's no animation lock you're doing it wrong.

Ontopic isnt talking about "gates" button spam, hes talking about the statue glitch where you could literally freeze your slash animation for a good while but doing no actual damage, its merely for messin around like the slide movement glitch.
