THIS GAME GIVE ME A REASON NOW TO QUIT AND DISPUTE MY MONEY

They scam my 9999ap
I dont know i already said what i want to say in my ticket i can say only very 100% dissapointed Sad this is the first time happen in my account. my 9999ap is gone for nothing i load in moneybookers $150 usd for 11k+ ap and then when my purchased is complete i just back in my account so my ap is inactive after 5mins become to active so i buy some crystal 9999ap in my screen say purchased complete when i check my bag still my crystal is 3? and my 9999ap is gone i already try to refresh my browser twice google and firefox, twice restart my system still the same. this is not my connection problem this is the system of the game. if you still can't believe this i can share my account you can look and investigate.

Uh, you do know it does take a little bit for the game to recognize you bought it. Try checking again in like an hour, if that doesn't work, send in a ticket.

A little bit? lol i just load like last midnight Perth Time UTC+08:00 Perth time. and now still nothing i already file a ticket too

your Issue

sorry to hear about your problem mazda, please be aware that sharing your account with anyone is a ban-able offence please refrain from doing so.

As for your problem you are not the only one who has encountered this. send a ticket with as much information as you can and aeria will sort you your issue it may take a few days but please be patient.

My problem is solved already thanks guys! thanks to Support Team aeria people who help me. and sorry for my negative attitude.
