I mean no it wasn't that bad, but as soon as they became GS's they matured up for their job

Out of the [most likely] hundreds of qualified applicants, you're not well known enough among the community and you haven't really done anything that sets you apart from the rest.

Trainer made guides, Chiha and snow post videos, uxys is good with back-end stuff, and the only other positions available are for spanish/french gamesages
