Atm we tested in 2,both tested with a gear cs0,idk with a cs 12 gear.
A lot of hr more,and no crit.
In the end i traded with a 144% and,miracle,minor HR and 1,5 more vital/crit.
I test everything in a game.

Consider this like an official answer,cause it's the answer VGMs done in Mayn,after their tests,when we got the same probs.Btw like always i tested....and they were right.
A Char have minor/more chance to HR (be Hred depend by gears).
It depend by:
1)Char property (what several ppl call lucky in real,it's the property of your char/account)
2)There's a connection based on gears.I try with an exemple cause i dont remember the case examined by VGMs:
In theory u are full 150% cs12 gear+cotg etc etc,u find a d4 with particular gear %, u raise a lot your chance to be hred (and same time he have a lot more chance to hr you).

Id like to explain you better,but i hope you got the point.
It was when VGMs were VGMs,sure a different lvl from what they are now.

then you prolly have bad luck. it works fine with me. And i HR the same as before. lol.

all my s5ev2 and cog are all 150% cs12 and i deadly more and miss less but i do find it annoying to died from HR on a normal hit instead of crit HR and im full vit build, i say HR is bug

How do you even test things like these in a game where everything is random?
I don't even believe in luck and those Lucky Enchant/Upgrade bullcraps since I have succeeded way more without them than with, I've also made like 4 items 60% in a row by forgetting to put a luck set on, when I finally did it failed on freaking 24%.

There's nothing random in this game.
The severals different property of each account,and the severals connections beetween the various property accounts make this game very close to random.
I know is a opinion hard to believe and hard to demonstrate,more in a game with a lots of ppl.
But in a server where u forced to go slow (maybe cause too expensive) and u want enjoy the game bit a bit (instead of ppl that wanna be strong in minor time possible),u sure have a lots of chance to check my opinion.
