Here on the forums, look up at the top of the screen; you should see an interactive bar with Aeria's logo on the left. Hover over 'Games' just to the right of that, scroll to Browser Games, and click "Starlight Story" under the MMORPG section. That will take you to the website; if you're logged in, you can sign up for the Closed Beta Test, and then join the rest of us in waiting. ^^

Also there is no estimated date of release, so yeah you will be waiting for a while. Hopefully not much longer but yes for a bit longer.
