Im not sure if it was a mistake or something and im happy i got it but it said i was going to get a cutie attempt and an engraving psg attemp but i got all ak attempts for spending first ap is something wrong?

I've been waiting for over 3 weeks now, still havent gotten anything. I made a ticket 10 days ago, and they said i needed to wait. But for serious, if its says within 5-7 days, it should be in that period. But anyway, am i still going to get this package? Or is it cancelled?.
