I would guess there are different reasons behind those four issues.
First: send error report is not the error itself. This requester window only shows you a non functioning feature that was implemented to send an error report directly to the devs but never worked that way. Instead you will find all crash info the client could gather in the file "errorlog.txt" in your last chaos directory.
Now to my guesses about the 4 different errors behind the "send error" popup:
When a p2 gets killed and you do not have another p2 (!) to cancel its status display, some installations react with client crash. Either at the moment the client sees the display of the dead pet still open or after the time the client would see it if you activated a p1 pet instead of the dead p2.
Only remedy known to me is having another live p2 to reset the status window, although this workaround does not work to 100%.
Second error, putting items on roy. I have never heard of this before and would like to ask for more precise info, for example the exact action that causes the crash like using the item search function or whatever.
Third error: crash after logging in after a disconnect. I am guessing that this could be caused by the server seeing the disconnected player still there but not sure at all. Could you try to log into the game, log out again directly from character selection screen then login again to make sure you have a "clean" disconnect instead of the half baked one ?
Last error: crash at sieges. I think this is a network or net load issue. While my pcs usually just lagged to death other guild members also experienced client crashes or disconnects.
Doing a really fresh install with removing any and all lc data beforehand as well as doing system checkup and registry cleaning might eliminate issue 2, for 3 and 4 i suggest analysis of network connection. issue 1 is unresolveable except with the workaround in some cases. Please remember that due to latency even a pet put into inventory can still receive damage.
