im new and have crystals showing trying to purchase pet mana orb in mall but cant
get the purchase made

could someone please tell me how to buy please

the gift crystal message comes up when i click the buy message

Buying anything in the mall usually takes more then one click. After you click "buy" there's two options that come up.

1. Buy (Crystal)
   
2. Gift
   

Just click the first option to buy it for yourself. The Gift option is to send the item to someone else. After that it'll ask you how many and so on. then just click confirm.

Also, if you're having weird issues, then reloading might help as well.
