hello GM from LC. im playing back to LC from some months whitout play LC and when i come back i realized i was naked and poor, all my gold, all my full b6e set and pets its gone, who can that be possible, i never gave my password to nobody coz i wanted to please LC sometime again, but then i came back today i was completely naked and poor whit nothing and i was 4 lvls low. i was 116 now im 112? if some GM or GA can help me or do something for me i really appresiate that, ty have a nice day all

Since coming back have you changed both your email and password associated with your account? If not do this but before you do make sure you have scanned for keyloggers as if you have these on your computer they need to be removed first. Google keylogger removal as there are many good programs out there for this.

Then send a ticket through Contact Us under game support and explain this all to the GMs. If you have not sent a ticket before you can find contact us either at the bottom of this page or if you mouse over Support at the top of the page you will also see Contact Us.

Once you have written to the GMs wait for them to reply and answer any questions they ask. You can check progress with tickets in My Tickets in Contact Us and you can also respond in the box available for response there. Be patient and wait for a reply from them. If you hear nothing after 24 hours or so if you wish you can pass your ticket number to a game sage in shout box to pass on.

I am sorry this has happened to you and I hope you get it all sorted.
