Actually, the Hat you are seeing was created in 2006 for a Japanese Gaming News Network promotion. its been sitting on the shelf and we just blew the dust off of it ^^

Exactly what makes this cap a super rare piece of gear? Does it give seals of ur choosing? If just for melding then its one useless event that would b a waste of my time searching for goldspamers. If just for looks then i got my pheonix helment and sunglasses lol.
