Why doesnt AVA have a loot box?

The game is fairly new (to Aeria that is). And as soon as it is going well things will change. But sending in a ticket at this moment would be premature. Unless any other IJJI game gets it than talk to a Game Sage I'm sure they will be happy to fill you in.
