I did everything , i tried everything to resolve this issue

1. i reinstalled the game
2. i delete the game then download a new one i am using 32 bit by the way
3. i tried the DEP thing and still did not work
4. i did the full check
5. i checked for viruses on my laptop and there was none
6.cleaned my registry using Ccleaner
7. using hp laptop win7 with intel pentium inside
8. i did try the game with winxp comapatibility and still nothing
9. yes my UI is on but when turned off the alpaca message comes as soon as the game loads

Seems like a lot of work, but that's what helps me. I sometimes still crash
when exiting arena/monster battle arena.
