Wise MONK HAS SPOKEN!!

Found it in Monk's forum and C.D.E/ A.B's hate toward Monk/M-style
This is a Frequently Asked Question(FAQ) related to Monk in Gunz to answer some of the questions. Monk Assumes most of the questions will be about Styles.

I will be posting answers from some of your questions related to Gunz through this post. Please do not ask for any other questions not related to Gunz.

How Much Monk Squat did you know? Did you know Monk from the past and his relations with things such as Monk Style/Divine Gates/Wujuquan? Do you care about the truth from Monk directly? Will asking questions to Monk clear up the most of the rumors in Gunz? Ask him a question now before it's too late.

Hate him, love him or neither. Monk agrees with you. Monk rather be defined by the Community than be defined who he/she really is. This is the main reason why everybody posts for him on the forums. Monk is indeed too afraid to face the arrogant community.

Alphabets(A.B), C.D.E wrote: If you werent so set on the fact you shove players into the SPEEDSPEEDSPEED crazed idiot mentally.

Can you be more specific? Are you asking why my followers speed spam? If so my answer to you is I never made it for certain only speed brings out best in you wile wielding swords at hand, it's how you perform the individual techniques at certain times. One M-styler doesn't speak for rest of Monk stlyers, just as one person cannot represent his entire country.

I almost always like to play Gunz without using my brains. I would say "Everyone who claims to be better than me just so they feel accomplished I approve , and a lot of players are better than me." I enjoy dying a lot, it's just a game after all. This is why I have so many qualities that defines a bad player. Does this help?

Renamed moves from kstyle?

Read along if you want to know my background that led me to create my system. At the bottom it says why I gave no credit to Korean-Style.

I was influenced by Shaolinquan and my training in hard qigong. I have studied much of Chinese history, mythology and philosophy, I knew about Taoism, ******** and many other things. I did not copy from any other media mainstream, they are the ones who copied from China itself. The names for my system came can be found from Chinese constellations, The Four Animal Symbols.

I started out Gunz in 2004 as freelance Maiet International Gunz Beta tester. My job was to report and review for bugs, I have never bothered to learn any other techniques from guides, videos or people. I trained everything on my own.
My advancement goes like this. I started as a swapper with a big swapping clan. I enjoyed spraying the most, I was bad at glitching. I realized that It's possible to beat players without glitching, I decided to not waste time learning how to glitch. Instead I learned how to counter glitchers better.

Then I came to ijji Gunz beta. I used the same basic tactics to get into the Top 100 ranks which reserves player names submitted by Nhn USA community corps.

Gunz was boring so I came up with an idea to fight like a hacker without hacking. I trained my way up without third party programs.
After my training progressed I created my own system for myself. I gave out macros? third party cheats? don't be so arrogant incompetent and accuse me, I do not cheat. I had so many animation locks. GM_SKiNG fought me then got me permanently banned over * 4 second replay and on my Main Account.

After my banishment, I decided to make a guide with hopes to get myself unbanned. Monk Style" was publicized, then "Divine Gates" was later created. I still have never read Korean-Style guides or had intentions to copy.

Alphabets wrote:
Monk going from not being able to DBF at all to being perfect at TBF. I can assure you I don't even use TBF if you payed more attention to rhythms you would know I only became more capable of understanding mainstream of canceling animation delays.
As time advances "Divine Gates" became more complete. My tactics I always called it Dragon but when Triple Butterfly started to become more popular it led me to research Korean-Style. I was very thankful that Korean-Style does not have my training methods or how I intend players to perform the moves. Korean-Style techniques were better explained because it did not have cult like features.

As time progresses, Wujuquan became the final installment of my system because it eliminates all of the cult like features.

After Wujuquan, I finally got something better than my banned account. Hence, I destroyed countless of original documents that explains all of the moves In-depth which will never be found on the internet.

I finally declared "Wujuquan" forever dead.

Now let me do some quick research again

http://gunzwiki.wetpaint.com/page/GunZ+K-Style

All of these techniques are Korean-Style but the guide itself does not explain how to use my methods in performing the moves. Look below.

Dragon = Number of Slashes per second.

Phoenix = Number of Slashes per second on ground.

Tortoise = Number of Blocks per second.

Tiger = Number of Slash blocks per second.

I do not think it renames anything, I think it puts it in a category as a " full term."

I had NO INTENTIONS to rename Korean-Style nor DID I plan to replace it. It was me who never bothered to learn Korean-Style. My mindset always told people that learning techniques won't make you a better player, it's who you are that makes you a better player. Like Jeet Kune Do, Reject what is useless, Accept what is useful. -(Bruce Lee) And what's best for me may be different for what's best for you.

If I had to give credit to anybody or anyone. I give most of the credit to myself for all the work I put into it. I give nobody credit, It was all of my doings. I am not bragging or being arrogant. It is a fact. I thank map prison for helping me train that's all.

To close it, thank you for your question, I enjoyed typing it.

Monk's history of the game as pretty much all he has done is gather puppets around to speak for him and worship the ground he walks on. It's already been seen in the forums.

Am I a Wizard? Why are there so many haters? Am I God? Those questions should be ignored. I will give you a poem instead.

"In my clan, our dreams are like a hurricane"
"We know nothing but the best love in the world"
"We do not care for the famed ranks"
"We do not seek for stardom glories"
"We do not train hard for our selfish names"
"We do not argue with our aching hearts"
"We will make this game a paradise"
"We will take your problems away"

I enjoy my creativity to entertain myself. It's what you love, not what loves you.

I am not down to earth beyond metaphysics. I am just a player who understands that there's life more than gaming. Better to get a college degree than to be good at Gunz. If I had a real question for you guys which does not belong to gunz styles section. Here it is:

How many people in this forum has a Doctoral Degrees in Computer Science and plays Gunz Online?

Below I've listed few quotes from ijji GunZ.

Quote:
Why do you bs so much? Face it a person that started off like you and stayed ignorant didn't learn a thing. You didn't magically come up with your gates you copied it from the K-Stylers that pwnd then t-bagged you. Face it you were to ignorant to learn and too ignorant to accept it. Go use a 3rd party rebinder scrub.

I apologize for the inconvenience. I have previously answered the best I could. I wish you the best. Take care.

Why do you bother making this thread when you dam well know what will come out of it.

I really like your question. How should I begin? Let's say I want to be too truthful. I rarely post on any other forum. Sounds like I have no social life on the internet. It doesn't hurt to get back to the forums once in a while. I wasn't interested in making a forum post anywhere else. Instead I choose ijji forums. So long, I wish you the best. Take care.

If my answers did not satisfy you. The best I can say is sorry, I know it is not enough. But I am glad to be honest. Perhaps this is the first time that I have been more than honest on the forums. I won't be answering any more questions.

I don't know why your opinions are irrational or upsetting Alphabets, in every one of your threads/posts . I also wish for every other players the best and a successful future.

If there's any impersonation, feel free to redirect to this post and quote it. This does not concern me, do whatever you want.

God I hope you're Chinese. I know so many non-Chinese people (read "white/black/mexican/etc") that are into all things asian; that just hang about with my friends and I, trying to join our clique because we're asian (korean, chinese, japanese). They have no idea what they're talking about because they're just NOT chinese/japanese/korean. Not born and bred in the land, have no real understanding of the culture except for some superficial knowledge. It's not bad but I just feel a bit sorry for them since they won't understand the spirit of S.W.A.G. unless they give up their own culture and adopt a new one fully to the extent of living in the origin of that culture.
Learning a bit of Zhong guo wushu and watching a few Bruce Lee movies (or even reading books about him) does not give you an accurate representation of Chinese culture. Learning about Taoism does not bring you closer to China. If anything it's just another cult shared by the Japanese. Buddh1sm and H1nduism share more influence than Taoism which is fundamentally a nonbelief system.
China is not about spiritualism and martial arts and meditating under a waterfall and training in the forest fighting pandas. To claim that you were influenced by such small parameters of China's culture is very narrow-minded and to my opinion, just another example of 'omgosh chinese culture's so cool' mentality.
Other examples of weeaboo behavior...
'I eat ramen, watch Anime and learned to write some kanji woot I'm japanese!'
'I listen to K-pop and quote 'Oppa Gangnam Style' 24/7 - I'm a real Korean!'

Just no...

XXX Jess

P.s. I'm Half Korean half Chinese. This is bad because if you know anything about Korea/Chinese you know that the two don't get along. China has enjoyed active civilisation for far longer than Korea has and yet Korea claims Hanja was spread to China. Along with this audacious claim, they've also taken Chinese festivals and traditions calling it their own. Chinese people call Korean people '泡子' which when translated means 'Pickled Folks' pretty much because of their disturbing fixation with kimchi. Frankly I don't really care, this is just some asian rivalry as usual but again, you'd only know this if your parents are Chinese/Korean respectively. For some reason my Mom and Dad really love each other... I think that's a good thing.

Happy end to a horrible story.

S.W.A.G You either got it or you don't.

Same drivel, different vessel..

I'll bet if I invested about $2000 into Pfizer right now, I'd make 5-7% of that in less time than it most likely took you write that post..

"Number of ___ per second" is not an explanation of or instructions to perform a move. It is a measure of a number of actions per second, thus all the "gates" have no proper definition and can't be considered moves like K-Style moves are (eg: TBF). As a result M-Style/DivineGates/Wujuquan/anything with relation to them cannot be considered styles in the same sense as K-Style and D-Style, as they don't include moves.

As an example of your logic, I can make a move called "Trollfly" which is defined by its number of jumps per second. The controls are "Jump, Dash, Slash, Block" but I take it "beyond its limits" thus making it a legitimate move.
Whether I learned K-Style before making that move or not, the community clearly accepts it as Butterfly, a K-Style move. I could create my own style with it but to claim that it's NOT Butterfly would require it to NOT be "Jump, Dash, Slash, Block".

Long story short... No. Just no. M-Style fails.

Proposed explanations of M-Style I've seen:
  • Key Alternation: Whether due to an unknown glitch or jet theory, alternating between two keys per action reduces the time between each action. It's still K-Style, and it'd be possible to do without any changes.
  • Jumping earlier and using animation freezing. K-Style moves aren't defined by their speed or timing, but by the key combo used. Thus M-Style would be 100% identical to K-Style.

I don't care if either of them are true or not anymore, you can squabble about it in your own time while trying to find a way to argue my point. That point being "M-Style" is identical to K-Style because of the explanation of the moves, a key combo. Not by the speed or timing an individual may do it at.

Another thread going on about a "style" that no one can explain without making it sound exactly like K-Style, or trying to pass off measures of actions per second as a move.

Added. List of M-Style threads.

@Jess, a good trolling attempt is usually short and sweet. Find something that sounds stupid, makes no sense or a blatant logical flaw and give it a one-liner.
Alternatively you could choose to do what I do, try to tear apart a post, thread or style by picking at the countless logical flaws it has. The problem with that is the more you say the more chances you have of looking like an idiot or touching on something you don't know much about.
Long posts are also less pleasant to read unless VERY well organized, and the point can be easily lost in it (a recurring problem for me Laughing ).

Hmmm... A bit too simple, the comment has to draw the persons attention and bug them or else they'll just glance over it and continue. I'll provide an example.

HEY GUYS, I GOT A NEW METHOD TO TBF CALLED TROLLGATE!
YOU DO IT BY NUMBER OF JUMPS PER SECOND!

Note how I'm using their own flawed method for explaining the moves and emphasizing the flaw. The all caps serves to make it look even dumber, enhancing its effect as mockery.
That level of trolling could get you in trouble though, so I'd advise you keep it to a minimum or not at all.

^.~ Thank you master troll. However I'd like to point out that your signature says 'Seek knowledge and grow without limits' sounds quasi-monk-follower-ish to me...
