Try to re-install SF and see if that helps.

You will have to wait until they activate your AP...usually happens when you're a first time AP buyer, it usually takes up to 15 min for them to activate your AP.

If it still doesn't work after those 15 min, i suggest you wait 24 hours before writing a ticket..
