Banned

Banned fron my account
i didnt do anything wrong and it says i am banned and i cannot log into my account can someone pls tell me why i dont think i violated the terms of service either

Hello GM's i also have this problem i cannot log into my account and when i try to recover my password i cannot because i have Violated something please help
