Hello GunZ Players,

We are aware of a bug users are experiencing where they are receive an error message when attempting to delete a character. Players have reported receiving this error despite the fact that their characters are not in a clan and do not have any cash items.

The following message pops up,
"Cannot delete a character if it belongs to a clan or has cash items. (E10111)".

At the present moment there is no solution to this particular issue.

We have submitted this bug to our developers and they are currently working on a resolution.
