Is it still spawn killing if someone is away from a portal and runs to it but is killed en route?

you can see that the person name dilbert is on the chart . its says evilking slain by dilbert

Also if you plan to report someone for spawn camping, please have more then 1 screenshot of the same incident, since 1 cant really determine if they were spawn camping/killing.
