1. Adds a new instance
2. Raises the upper limit of Gold allowed in the warehouse to 2,000,000,000
3. Adds one more page to the backpack
4. Adds 100-119 and 120+ level ranges to the Sky City Arena
5. Adds Level 140 achievements
6. Changes Login Monitoring from 10 times to 3 times.
7. Adds a prompt window while players are deleting their characters “You have deleted your character and you must quit the game”. Then they can click “Confirm” to quit the game.
