The aniversary tattoo's actualy give a 5 or 10% exp/gold bonus if your watching your end of round bonuses. The tattoo's have no stats, but that does not mean it does not have "hidden" stats. It's a small difference, but every bit helps--i'd probably would have liked cosmedic scratches in red/white/blue or an arm tattoo that is perm as well for the community, at least we got.......something....lackluster,that is...
