when i tryed to get +9 it failed but however my weapons lv went down with it after i put a divilin on. so now i dont know what todo can someone please help me thx.

Did you use a Devine Amulet? they prevent you from lowing level weapon/outfit/hat/arms For exsample: you try 9+ and fail without devine amulet if you fail without it you get 7+ weapon Does this help ? so make sure you always have a divine amulet before fortify unless its 100%
