Except that the payment DID get through so that argument falls flat on its stomach, Aeria did get payed. The stuck part isnt on paypal its on aeria. At the store the card was approved and its really just the clerk thats paranoid and think somethings fishy so he delays my pack of cigaretts :3

Edit: And i think it just gets more absurd that I have to make yet another ticket and wait another couple of days for that missed promotion. Ive been around playing aeria games for 3 years now and I too am used to all this, but if u take a step back and just give it a fresh thought its really abit absurd, and yes i used the absurd word again.

They do that for security reasons in order to protect people. :p

Issue is, I wanted to buy a founder pack, and I can't because of this stupid -1 error. Guess it's Aeria's loss though, I'll keep my 50 dollars <_<. This suspension thing is a broken, terrible system. I'm extremely disappointed in this.

There's a "Missed Promotion" section under Subcategories on the Game Support tickets. If you do receive the AP after the promotion ended, I know everyone that sent in a ticket via this got to participate in the promotion they missed, even if it already ended, as a billing issue isn't something you can help.

lucky you. i bought 5.5k and was going to buy another 5.5k ( due to that being max i could get on this account) to buy the elite pack, but it only let me buy 5.5k and then bugged with Error. going on 24hrs with no response. typical couldn't expect anything less i guess. this has put a really spin on this company from a potential mega buyer for SB.

If support is going to have a holiday for easter, then warning would be much appropriated. stupid

I've never heard of tickets being replied with personal names being used. Tickets are sent from "support@aeriagames.com" ~

Actually, there is a department dedicated solely to sending out these new emails from Customer Service and Jadynn is indeed one of those people.

tr_eb, that is a legitimate email. It will have indeed come from support@aeriagames.com.
