what should i put it on...i already have 90% crits so idk if i should pump dex...maybe for water spirit buff lvl 2 so i get perma deadly?

Dexterity is, IMO, useless as you hit perma deadlies when you use water blessing. I went for full constitution after I reached 100 int to boost my HP. When you continue with int you increase your attack (just a little tho).

In the end it's up to you. Int for more attack, con for more HP
