the magic one needs the crystal camel fame set.

You need fame in order to finish the awakening quest (Ancestral Spirits if google translator isn't messed up).

They all need 25000 fame. I think what he means is you dont need fame to get the orange such as with Ishtar and Infinite.

So, I like the gear and stuff, but Koager you said this was coming in september? But Taiwan had a huge break from when level 70 was released to the release of these armor, so is the level 70 cap coming with this new awakened armor stuff? Because that would be rushing players big time. It already takes around a week or 2 to level just the final few levels. I still don't understand all this localisation jargon <0*0>

This will probably not be released by September but in the end no one really knows.

"Wake me up when September ends" is the title to a Green Day song. It is merely a reference to waking up -> awakened and in no way means that the content will be implemented in September.
