I downloaded LC on an intel netbook windows 7 32 bit. and the game works fine when im in the outside are with the deer and foxes. i can be out there for hours. but when i want to enter Randol, it begins to slow down to the point it freezes. help. cause i dont know whats happening

Because there is a alot more going on in town, with players/etc
Try an underpopulated channel (sub server)
Netbooks don't come with high-end graphics ability that handle games that well

Try turn down the "Character Names" in the options menu (move the slider all the way left)
That should speed it up a little....also turn all the graphic settings all the way down

Also, being a netbook, it's going to use system memory for video memory, so with it having Windows 7, it's going to be much slower, than if you had say Windows XP, because of the amount of memory that Windows 7 uses.

For that you can try turning off (disable) un-needed Windows Services & other programs; or you can do what I did with my netbook, which was create a bootable flash drive to install Windows XP.....you'll be surprised how fast the netbook will run by taking the OS back a grade
