ok heres my problem over past 3 days everytime i log in game i cant buff or use skills so i have to relog this is everytime i log on game then when i change maps same thing happens wth is going on can some 1 tell me?

Can you give us a bit more detail. Such as:

Is it only happening on one character? If so, what is class, subclass and level.
If it only happening on one Subserver? If so, Please change subservers and retry.
Is it happening only when we have lag spikes, or is it constant every single time you try to use skills/buffs?

hi thanks for the reply its happening on my titan lvl114 on k4 in vald also the other ks even in town...i just logged on a while ago could buff then went vald to now i cant use buffs or skills again
