Hi ryhmproductions, try the following procedure and fingers crossed it should resolve your problem.
Go to
Control Panel
Search for
Akamai NetSession Interface Control Panel
Go to
Advanced (or preferences) (the second tab)
At Services, click on
Start.
If you don't have Akamai Netsession Inteface installed so you can't see it in the Control Panel then you will need to download it from the following link (
Download Akamai).
