First, you should go visit your manufacturer website and update all drivers for your system:

"Driver Date/Size: 4/13/2008 17:41:50, 377984 bytes "

Next, visit Windows Update page and get all the updates for your O/S. Most of the time there is a C++ error, it is due to an update needing to be installed.
