I would be spending a whole lot of AP on Phoenix if the AP that I spend counted as part of the AP spent in the OS game.
Let me get this straight - I am NOT advocating that any item from the OS tiers go to Phoenix. All tier items stay in the OS game.
But in the OS game, the items in the item mall are for the most part useless. And I have a hard time justifying filling up my bank with things I don't need or want. But on Phoenix, I have a big interest in things like rec runes and Lapasia and such.
Since the AP spent on either Phoenix, OS, France, Germany, etc, all come from the same AP bank account, why can't any AP spent during the time of a tier regardless of where it is spent count towards a tier of interest.
