I can understand this.
doing something because you want to is a bigger incentive than because you have to.
being payed to do something can put pressure on you and thus kill the creative juices.

Wow.

I remember when I first seen this on Swifts page, I couldn't believe someone could actually do this at first, I thought Koei did it or something. Very nice work. Very talented n_n
