Every time I attempt to download Last Chaos, it says that it is not compatible with 64 bit versions of Windows. Anyone have any suggestions?

I can download LC just fine, but then when complete it pops up a little green button that you click to start the installation process. Once i click it to try to begin the installation, a window pops up saying;
"The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher."

I've done several tasks to try to fix this problem on my own;
-Installed all updates
-Followed several steps online to tricking the computer into thinking it was a 32 bit system
-Added exceptions with my operating system and firewall

EDIT: You probably need to download a link which is requesting 64 bits then....? !
The link u just downloaded,is maybe for 32-bits ,but not sure.

Did you ever get an answer for your problem? Spent hrs with the same problem and NO not computer smart either.

check your firewall and antivirus which i doubt it will do that and since its the download the clients works on XP and vista and W7

all of those i have done those and works fine for me and no problem

so i suggest you turn off your firewall and antivirus to down load this

if all fails use another browser to download and see what happens

The things I normally do when installing game clients is

(1) ensure Windows User Account Control is disabled or you are using the Root Admin Account
(2) Disable all firewalls and antivirus software
(3) Ensure all windows updates have been installed

Ive Been dealing with the same problem, i have been attempting to find a way around it for several weeks now. Ive made sure i am the root admin, Ive updated every driver my PC has, turned off my firewalls, and i have even tried running the game on a Virtual PC, and repeating the previous steps. Everything i do fails and states that i need a 64bit compatible version of this game. Please tell me if there is anything ive missed or if there is a 64bit version of last chaos.
