[Guide] Wedding System Guide

How to get to the "yes I do"
The Engagement

Before you can get married you have to get engaged - just like in real life!
This requires a level 30+ male character and a level 30+ female character.

The indication of a friend's relationship [Friendliness] must be at 100. To increase your relationship, you need to give friends certain items (letters, snacks, presents dropped in level 30+ dungeons).

If you simply can not wait you may buy the [Diamond Engagement Ring] in the Item Shop to marry someone without Friendliness.

Once you are ready to get engaged team up and visit the Wedding Planner in Starglade.

1) Accept quest from Wedding Planner in Starglade:
One of the characters must receive the following quest; "Propose." In order to complete this quest, a ring ([Diamond Engagement Ring] or [Silver Engagement Ring] and the consent of the other character are required; this can be done by finishing the quest "Consent of Proposing."

2) Once both quests are completed, both characters will receive the title, [XX’s Partner].

Booking a Wedding Chapel

The Wedding Chapel is open for booking between 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM Server Time.

1) You can book the Wedding at the Wedding Planner in Starglade by receiving the following quest: "Booking a Wedding Hall."

2) Once you successfully booked the Wedding Chapel there will be a system prompt informing you that you completed the quest and you will receive a quest called "Wedding Courses".

3) There are three different types of weddings to choose from:

1. Normal Wedding(includes 1 feast)
  • Average Banquet Dishes x1

2. Exquisite Wedding(includes 2 feasts)
  • Average Banquet Dishes x1
  • Excellent Banquet Dishes x1

3. Royal Wedding(includes 4 feasts)
  • Average Banquet Dishes x1
  • Superior Banquet Dishes x1
  • Excellent Banquet Dishes x1
  • Ultimate Banquet Dishes x1

Once you decided which wedding is the right one for you, you will receive a quest called "The Wedding Awaits."

The Wedding

1) You can send away invitations for your wedding between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM Server Time. This quest is completed once the wedding starts.

2) The wedding chapel opens every day at 8:00 PM and closes at 10:30 Server Time.

3) The engaged couple should team up and vow before the Wedding Officiant inside the wedding chapel.

You will have to exchange rings!

Once the exchange is made you will receive a quest called "Protect your Partner". A boss named Abrogation will spawn. You, your partner and your wedding guests have to defeat this boss.

Once Aborgation has fallen, turn in the quest "Protect your Partner" to the Wedding Official. Now your marriage is complete and a world announcement with the good news will be made. Both characters will receive the title, [XX’s Wife/Husband].

If you marry by the exquisite wedding, you get the "Happily ever after" purple title which gives HP + 10%
If you marry by the royal wedding, you get the "Forever Love" orange title which gives HP + 15%

4) The couple now may visit the Wedding Planner at the door of the Chapel and start the wedding feast. As mentioned before, different wedding feasts offer different EXP, gifts and possibly equipment.

5) Leaving the Wedding Chapel
After the feast, players will gain a buf. Once the buff wears off, players will be teleported out. You may talk to the Wedding Planner to leave the ceremony and be teleported back to Starglade.

After the Wedding

Once the festivities and the honeymoon is over couples may team up to complete "Blessed Bath" and gain 1 intimacy point per bath.
You may also use Item Shop item, Purple Lily, to gain intimacy points. Purple Lilies must be used AFTER tying the knot!
Consume intimacy points at the Wedding Planner in Starglade to upgrade the wedding ring skill.

IMPORTANT - Only those who initially purchase the [Diamond Engagement Ring] will receive Rings at the end of the wedding ceremony -
- If you book the NORMAL WEDDING, you will NOT receive any rings!
- If you book a Exquisite Wedding, you will only receive ONE ring!
- If you book a Royal Wedding, you will receive TWO rings! IMPORTANT

Divorce

In case something goes wrong you can file for a divorce. You will need a [Separation Decree] (Purchased via Item Shop). After you purchase the item head over to the Wedding Planner in Starglade to file for a divorce.

There are two ways for a married couple to get divorced:
1) Forced-Divorce
  • Intimacy points reset to 0.
  • Marriage title removed.
  • Marriage Protection and Teleporation rings skill level reset to 1 (Diamond Engagement Ring marriages only!)

2) Mutual-Divorce
  • Requirements: A couple must party up (being the only two in the party). The Party leader must then select divorce and the party member will then confirm.
  • Intimacy points reset to 0 - Friendliness unchanged.
  • Both players will receive a propose ring (1 open slot required).
  • Marriage title removed.
  • Marriage Protection and Teleporation rings skill level reset to 1 (Diamond Engagement Ring marriages only!)

Experience.

After killing Aborgation, there is a little period of getting experience. Do you know how much you get or how long it lasts?

replying~

@Markonin, that's correct (: if you don't attend your own wedding... you have to buy the wedding again!

As well as for those who leave the wedding early, you need to get another invitation to re-enter.
The bride and groom can freely enter and leave the chapel as they wish without needing an invite.

Another question I get asked a lot is if the bride and groom need their own invitation to enter their own wedding , they don't.
