The thread
was in an off-topic section, the Screen Shot section, which was the proper place for it because it was a thread of Shaiya screen shots. It was also the oldest active thread in existence, having thousands of posts and hundreds of thousands of views over the course of three years. Many of those who posted there are no longer with our community. One of them is now dead. The thread was a photo album of the community, past and present.
There is only one person who would have deleted the thread. A GM would not know the answer to this question, and would not be allowed to answer correctly if they did. I should have clarified that.
And yes, this is a public issue.
